- A teenager finds a bag full of money, this would include; the gang members who lost the money talking to their boss about the situation. This would also include the teenager showing all of his friends the money.
- A homeless man think about the past when he had lots of money. This film idea would include; flshbacks of him in big houses with his friends etc. He would also think back to when he lost all his money at a game of poker.
- Another idea we mentioned was about a mother going missing in a supermarket, leaving the child on their own. This could also be done the other way around to. This would be a heart wrenching thriller as the child tries to get his parents back.
- A parody film about the elderly bullying the youth. In this film we would get old people throwing rocks etc at teenagers as they walk by. This film would be serious but have a humourus side to it.
- A zombie film was another idea. We would film an empty town centre and streets by getting up early hours of the morning to give it a sense of tension.
These are only a handful of idea we have discussed. This blog will be updated as the ideas develop.
Robbie, you need to put a post in here about your choice of genre & narrative and identify a film that inspired you, and then jot down what the generic conventions of that text are. Highlight what you aim to do in your opening, show your storyboard and why you think it will succeed in interesting fans of this type of film.
